Instructions for Using Magzipp:

At Magzipp we take saftey as a high priority. We want to familiarize our new generation of zippers with easy reminders and we did so by coloring certain parts that have a meaning.

The latches are red as a reminder that you shouldn't ever transport Magzipp by the latches, use the soft close handle, however if you must use the latches then do so carefully.

The bullet block is red as it can tip over and become a spill hazard. Ensure both hands are gripping the bullet block at all times cartridges are inserted.

The sliders are red to remind the user not to use excessive force and to control the force as straight as possible. They are also easier to find as it is a loose item.

The inner latches are red to remind the operator that the rails need to be secured.

  1. Prepare Magzipp: Ensure that Magzipp is placed on a stable and flat surface, such as a shooting bench or table. Open the LID (black). (There are 2 red latches found on each side of Magzipp that need to be lifted upwards.) Set LID aside and remove the BULLET BLOCK (red with holes) found inside the partitioned area. (Easier to remove from the short side lifting vertically.) Set the BULLET BLOCK on a flat surface. Reattach LID upside down and resecure both LATCHES (red).
  2. Load Ammunition: Insert the desired quantity of ammunition (sold separately) pointy side facing down into the BULLET BLOCK. Ensure that the ammunition is clean and is not deformed.
  3. Remove Rails: Pull an INNER LATCH (red hook like) away from the RAIL (grey and long). Lift the RAIL upwards and slide it towards the INNER LATCH. Repeat step for all RAILS.
  4. Load Rails: From the top row of the BULLET BLOCK, slide a RAIL across the BULLET BLOCK channel side facing down, ensuring you catch the 3rd bullet. Lift the RAIL from each end with both hands. Attach SLIDER (red small rectangle) to the RAIL (ensure the rectangular side is facing the cartridges and the open slot aligns with the rail.)
  5. Attach Rails: First secure the RAIL to the underside of the LID by hooking the RAIL into the rectangular cut out on one side. On the opposite side of the RAIL find the hole and ensure that it is centered to the PEG on the LID while pushing the RAIL down and the INNER LATCH will automatically secure itself. Repeat steps for all RAILS.
  6. Secure Magazines: Insert up to 5 magazines (sold separately) into the mag well side of the RAIL until you hear an audible click.
  7. Load Magazines: Use smooth and consistent pressure when moving the SLIDER. (Find your technique, try different methods, make sure you are pulling/pushing straight forward as any force in the wrong direction is incorrect.) Slide the SLIDER until the last cartridge is inserted into the magazine.
  8. Remove Magazines: Hold the magazine with your right hand. Using your pointer finger, slide it under the tab that is bent outwards until you feel the magazine release.
  9. After use, ensure that Magzipp is properly cleaned and maintained to prolong its lifespan and ensure optimal performance. Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a clean, dry cloth and inspect the speed loader mechanism for any debris or buildup that may affect its operation. Keep Magzipp stored in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
